Getting started

What is Loopdine?

Loopdine rewards you for posting about the restaurants you already love. Complete simple missions — tag a spot in a story, post a Reel, or leave a Google review — and earn points. Our AI verifies your post in seconds, and you redeem your points for gift cards and rewards. No purchase is ever required.

How do I sign in?

Loopdine uses phone-number sign-in — no password to remember. Enter your number, and we'll text you a one-time code. Type it in and you're in. If your code doesn't arrive within a minute, check your signal, then tap "Resend code."

How do I earn points?

Open the Missions tab to see missions near you, or browse the Restaurants tab to find a spot. Pick a mission, complete the action (post, tag, or review), then snap a screenshot of your post and upload it. Our AI confirms your handle, the tag, and the timing — usually in under five seconds — and your points land in your Wallet.

How do I redeem my points?

Go to the Wallet tab to see your balance and the available rewards. Points redeem for gift cards (such as Visa, Starbucks, and many others) and branded rewards. Choose a reward, confirm, and we'll deliver it to the email on your account.

Troubleshooting

My post wasn't approved

The most common reasons are: the required tag or hashtag is missing, the screenshot doesn't clearly show your handle, or the post is outside the mission's time window. Double-check the mission's instructions, then re-submit a clear, full screenshot. If you believe a valid post was rejected, email hello@loopdine.com with the screenshot and we'll review it manually.

My points haven't appeared

Approved points usually appear in your Wallet instantly. If a submission shows "approved" but the points aren't there after a few minutes, close and reopen the app to refresh. Still missing? Email us your account phone number and the mission name.

A reward didn't arrive

Gift-card rewards are sent to your account email — please check your spam folder first. If it hasn't arrived within 24 hours, contact us and we'll resend it.

I want to delete my account or data

Email hello@loopdine.com from the phone number or email on your account and ask us to delete your account. We'll remove your personal data and confirm when it's done. See our Privacy Policy for full details on your rights.
